MEDIA films dominate 24th European Film Award nominations

Nominations for the 24th edition of the European Film Awards have been announced and five out of the six films nominated for the prize of European Film 2011 have been supported by MEDIA.
 
More than 2,500 European Film Academy (EFA) members will vote on the nominated films, and the winners will be announced at the European Film Awards 2011 ceremony on 3 December 2011 in Berlin, Germany.
 
The full list of nominated films is as follows (MEDIA-supported films are marked with an asterisk):
