Cartoon Movie 2012 now open for submissions

Cartoon Movie, the co-production forum for European animated feature films, is now accepting submissions.

Now in its 13th year, MEDIA-supported Cartoon Movie annually attracts over 200 international buyers, 90 distributors and 700 participants. Taking place in Lyon, France, from 7 to 10 March 2012, Cartoon Movie will offer participating producers the opportunity to network, negotiate financing and find potential co-production partners and distributors. Since 1991 Cartoon Movie has seen 156 films secure finance with a total of €1.2 billion of investment.

European producers can apply with an animation project at any stage of development or production.
