DocsBarcelona calling for Pitching Forum Projects

Project submissions are now invited for the 15th edition of DocsBarcelona's Pitching Forum which will take place from 31 January to 5 February 2012 in Barcelona, Spain.

Aimed at documentary makers and producers with a project looking for financing, the DocsBarcelona Pitching Forum comprises pitching opportunities for 24 selected projects in front of a panel of international financiers and distributors.

A pitching workshop will take place from 31 January to 1 February and will allow participants to prepare for the Pitching Forum. For two days, participants will work intensively on improving their project presentation with the aid of four international tutors with extensive industry experience.

DocsBarcelona Pitching Forum is supported by MEDIA. Over 300 professionals from over 36 countries attend the forum, which was created in 1996 by EDN, who currently co-organise the event. 53% of projects submitted to past editions have been completed and 15% are currently in production.
