A Competition of Feature Films from Visegrad Countries This section introduces feature films without theme restrictions and not just focused on a child audience. Reversely, the category will be judged by a jury consisting of students. The show is a film reflection from the viewpoint of the Visegrad Four - the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
International Advertising Awards "The Rainbow Marble" A competition of TV advertising spots and print advertising, focused on children and youth, has been a part of the festival programme since the year 2003. The main emphasis is on the ethical aspect of both commerical and non-commercial communications and advertising.
A Day of European Cinematography This project was created with the aim to introduce European film production, and started in 2003 by an introduction of Germany. In 2005, Zlín saw the presentation of Scandinavian and Baltic cinematography. This year, the "Day of Russian Cinematography" is set up.
Features from Czech Film and TV Production for Children and Youth There is a positive awareness of this part of our domestic production in Europe and even further parts of the world. The introduction of Czech cinema and TV films is therefore a regular and a plentiful part of the festival.
Documentaries A section dedicated to a documentary production for children and youth or covering areas connected to questions of children and youth.
Panorama An informative section, mainly presenting works awarded at other festivals, interesting films that for various reasons cannot compete or films that bring a new, unconventional vision.

A part of the festival's programme is the awarding of "Recognition of Creative Contribution in Filmmaking for Children and Youth" to one of the important film professionals. On that occasion, there is a screening of selected films from the awarded author.
