The Cine Sin Fronteras (CSF) workshops offer training to professionals from Europe and Latin America (distributors, exhibitors, festival managers, managers of public or private institutions) wishing to learn how to stimulate and encourage the circulation of cinematic works, to learn about legal issues, financing strategies and to gain further skills in the promotion of independent films. This second edition of Cine Sin Fronteras is supported by MEDIA International.

The methodology is based on exchange of experience, competence and knowledge, a focus on the regional market and networking between the professionals from the two continents. There will be:

• Conference and case studies
• Practical workshops
• Screenings and professional meetings.
  

CSF is seeking 12 participants, six from Latin America and six from Europe. Workshops will take place in Toulouse, France in March 2010 and in Valdivia, Chile in October 2010.
