SOURCES 2 is an advanced training programme for European Film professionals working in the field of script and story development. SOURCES 2 Script Development Workshops consist of a seven-day session followed up by either a small group session or an individual consultation of one day per project.

The workshops focus on feature-length film projects for both cinema and television which address a broad international audience.  During the workshops, experienced script advisors provide professionals with a range of tools to improve their writing skills and to develop their projects to their best potential.

Workshop contents:

• Training in the craft of Screenwriting, storytelling, script analysis, genres and styles, development of structure and characters, re-writing skills;
• Coaching in the development of the participant's projects while considering the process of evolution from page to screen, visual style, acting, target audiences, financing etc.;
• Film screenings, Seminars, Lectures, discussions and keynotes.

1st Workshop - 31 March-8 April 2009, Girona, Spain

PARTICIPATION FEE

Application fee: €100
Participation fee: €1,800 per writer/project
                         €900 for each additional person committed to the project        
                         (co-writer, director, producer)
                        
Fees include accommodation and meals during seven-day residential workshop only.
