As major European broadcasters make room for a more international infrastructure, independent producers are developing assets and brands for multiple exploitation. Cartoon Finance will detail the multi-faceted approaches to making animation a profitable business with examples of European indies who have secured the right partners, budgets, distribution all along the development of their brands.

PROJECTS AND PARTICIPANTS
80 participants on a first come first served basis.
PARTICIPANTS FEE
500 euros per person for each Cartoon Masters. Scholarships may be available to applicants from the New Member States.
