Screen Leaders is a strategic company development programme devised for experienced owner/managers working in the audiovisual industry. Producers, distributors and exhibitors work with expert industry trainers, management training specialists and digital specialists.

The programme is designed to enhance business expertise in the key areas of personal management, strategic planning and opportunities in the international marketplace. What makes Screen leaders very effective is that they consult with participating companies to ensure that the content is custom designed to address the specific needs of the participating Screen Leaders' companies.

Companies are selected based on their company profile, their willingness to change, to grow and their track record in the industry.



SESSIONS AND DATES

  • First Module: 2 - 6 June 2010
  • Strategic Planning: 12 - 13 July 2010
  • Second Module: 25 - 28 November 2010



PROJECTS AND PARTICIPANTS

There are places for 15 companies, or a maximum or 30 participants. Companies in the screen industries with at least a 5 year track record in their industry sector. Each company is asked to send two top executives to the course, preferably the CEO or president and the CFO, senior vice president, head of business affairs or head of human resources.



PARTICIPANTS FEE

5,000 euro per company, to include two participants Fee excludes travel, but includes meals and accommodation. Bursaries may be available for participants from the new Member States.
