The seminar is lead by Erkki Astala, Head of Co-productions at YLE Television (Finland) and Thierry Garrel, ex-Head of Documentary Programme Unit at ARTE France. Prominent experts of the international documentary community, experienced directors and commissioning editors are invited to share their experience, from their specific points of view and from different production contexts. Participants can be commissioning executives from the documentary departments of broadcasters; executives from documentary film funds working on regional, national or international level; executives from institutions that fund documentary projects. A maximum of 15 participants will be selected, including 5 non-Europeans, thanks to the support of MEDIA  Mundus.

Fees: €2,600, for both sessions.
